TUDA Towers, a mammoth complex coming up at Annamayya Circle in the heart of Tirupati, will soon become an iconic building for the temple city, said Tirupati Urban Development Authority (TUDA) Chairman C. Divakar Reddy.

Mr. Reddy made his maiden visit to the under-construction project on Wednesday after taking over the reins of TUDA recently. The project is coming up on 15 floors spread over 3.60 acres, with a total built-up area of 8,28,300 sq.ft.. While the project got an administrative sanction for ₹345 crore, the technical sanction was accorded for ₹275 crore.

Accompanied by TUDA Secretary N.V. Sreekanth Babu, Superintending Engineer Krishna Reddy, Executive Engineer Ravindraiah and KPC Projects Senior Administrative manager Prasad, Mr. Divakar Reddy took a stroll around the entire building and instructed the officials to complete the project by October this year.

“TUDA will provide quality amenities, keeping in view the middle class families that are expected to make the towers their home,” he said. He also visited the TUDA layout coming up at Mamandur near Chandragiri and instructed the land acquisition wing to identify suitable lands to develop land banks as a top priority.
