The Pondicherry University has been re-accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an ‘A+’ grade in the fifth cycle of assessment.

Vice-Chancellor of the University, P. Prakash Babu, in a communication, said that the recognition reaffirms the institute’s standing as a leading university committed to quality, integrity, and inclusive growth. 

“The remarkable achievement is a testament to the collective efforts, unwavering dedication, and exceptional commitment of our academic and administrative community towards excellence in education, research, innovation, and holistic development,” the V-C said.

The university was committed to make the institute “a beacon of higher learning, regionally and globally,” the communication stated.
