The Kerala government has sanctioned ₹93.73 crore more as financial assistance to the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), Finance Minister K.N. Balagopal said on Monday (June 2, 2025).

Of this, ₹73.73 crore will be spent on pensions and ₹20 crore on other needs, he said.

The current LDF government has thus far provided ₹6,401 crore as assistance to the financially ailing corporation, according to the Minister.

This year alone, the government has provided ₹343 crore as assistance, he said.
