All government and private schools within the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits will function half a day on August 14, due to forecasts of very heavy to extremely heavy rainfall in isolated areas by the India Meteorological Department.

All government, Zilla Parishad, and private schools in Medchal-Malkajgiri district will remain closed on Thursday in view of the heavy rain forecast.
