Most of the educational institutions that have seen an increase in cases of viral infections have urged parents not to send their wards to school till they are fit to attend classes.

The symptoms include fever, cough, throat pain, and headache. The virus causing the flu could spread when an infected person coughs or sneezes. An infected person would require normal diet, adequate water intake, and rest in normal conditions.
