General secretary of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), Ravula Sridhar Reddy, has alleged that the Union Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay is indulging in senseless talk just to stay popular on social media and for sensationalism.

Speaking to the newspersons here on Saturday, he said Mr. Sanjay is engaging in cheap talk after appearing before the SIT (special investigation team) as a witness in the phone-tapping case. He sought to know what the achievements of Mr. Sanjay are to go before the SIT in a procession. He would have the right to celebrate in such a manner in case he had secured any project to the State from the Centre, at least worth ₹1,000 crore, he said.

Stating that Mr. Sanjay did not even have basic knowledge about his department/portfolio, the BRS leader said it’s leaders such as Sanjay who were reducing Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to a B-Team of the Congress in Telangana. On Mr. Sanjay’s remarks that he would reveal the dark secrets soon, Mr. Sridhar Reddy said the BJP activists of Karimnagar would reveal many dark secrets of Mr. Sanjay, given an opportunity.
