A total of 130 students form part of the inaugural cohort of the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL) at the Indian School of Business (ISB).

With an average age of 23 years, the cohort consists of exceptional students from diverse academic backgrounds, all of whom emerged from a highly selective and rigorous process, the business school said in a release on launch of the 20-month programme.

It has awarded tuition waivers to 36% of the founding class, including 37 full tuition waivers and nine partial waivers, ISB said.

“This programme is designed to equip recent graduates and early-career professionals with strong foundations in business, technology and leadership,” Dean Madan Pillutla said. The curriculum integrates core business fundamentals with advanced courses in technology, data, analytics and global perspectives.
