Otteri Police arrested three history sheeters including a BJP functionary for possessing ganja.

The arrested men have been identified as Gunasekaran, a BJP functionary in Otteri, Arvindh and Gokul Kumar. Gunasekaran has six criminal cases for offences including attempt to murder and criminal intimidation. All three have previous criminal cases.

Initially, police nabbed them and interrogated following information that there would be a clash between history sheeters. Subsequently, police recovered 1.300 kilos of ganja from their possession.
