Southern Railway has fully or partially cancelled or rescheduled the following train services through Villupuram in view of maintenance work over various sections in Tiruchirappalli Division.

A press note said the fully cancelled services are Train No. 66063 Villupuram-Puducherry MEMU scheduled to leave Villupuram Jn. at 05.25 hrs on July 10, 11, 12, 13 ,14 and 15, and Train No. 66064 Puducherry-Villupuram MEMU scheduled to leave Puducherry at 08.05 hrs on these days.

Train No. 66045 Tambaram-Villupuram MEMU Passenger scheduled to leave Tambaram at 09.45 hrs on July 12 and 15 will be short-terminated at Mundiyampakkam. The train will run from Tambaram to Mundiyampakkam only.

Train No. 66046 Villupuram-Chennai Beach MEMU Passenger scheduled to leave Villupuram Jn. at 13.40 hrs on July 12 and 15 will be partially cancelled between Villupuram Jn. and Mundiyampakkam. The train will commence its journey from Mundiyampakkam at its scheduled departure time of 13.55 hrs.

Train No. 66019 Villupuram-Mayiladuthurai MEMU Passenger scheduled to leave Villupuram Jn. at 14.35 hrs on these days will be rescheduled to leave Villupuram Jn. at 15.05 hrs (late by 30 mins), while Train No. 66051 Chennai Egmore-Puducherry MEMU, scheduled to leave Chennai Egmore at 06.35 hrs on July 13, will be regulated for 10 minutes at a convenient location en route.
