In the wake of the major industrial accident that took place in a pharma industry in Telangana, Deputy Chief Inspector Factories, Visakhapatnam, V. Suresh, has urged all the factory managements to identify unsafe conditions in their respective factories and conduct safety committee meeting immediately.

He also asked them to send the minutes of the meeting with action plan to comply with the points discussed within two days. This apart, he also asked all the pharma industries to conduct mock drill with a credible scenario and submit report to the office of the Deputy Chief Inspector of factories, Visakhapatnam without fail.
