POWERGRID Executive Director Doman Yadav has assumed charge of its Southern Region Transmission System-I consisting of substations and projects in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and parts of Karnataka, the company said in a release.

Mr. Yadav possesses more than 32 years of experience and has worked in all facets of the transmission sector; grid automation and communication, quality assurance and inspection, ERP&IT, information security and telecom business of POWERGRID at various locations, including Gurugram, New Delhi and Kolkata.

Prior to assuming charge of SRTS-I, he served as Executive Director (ERP&IT/GA&C/Information Security and CISO) at POWERGRID Corporate office, Gurugram. He started his professional career as engineer trainee in 1993, the company said.
