New India Assurance Co Ltd inaugurated an insurance help desk at Apollo Hospitals, in Greams Road on Saturday. The help desk, located in the hospital’s Sindoori Block, is staffed with trained personnel and will facilitate coordination between Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and the hospital during cashless claim processes. It will provide on-site assistance to New India Assurance customers with insurance queries, policy details, documentation, and claim settlement procedures. General Manager K. V. Raman, Deputy General Manager M. V. Chandrasekar, and senior executives from the organisations were present.
