The TTD Vigilance officers who won medals at World Police Games in the U.S.
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) vigilance officers won gold and bronze in the World Police and Fire Games 2025 held at Birmingham the U.S.
The TTD in a release on Friday (July 4) said the duo — A. Surendra and NTV Ram Kumar — showcased exceptional skills in tennis, with the former winning a gold in the 45-plus singles’ category and the latter securing a bronze in the 55-plus singles’ category.
The World Police and Fire Games-2025 saw participation from around 9,000 athletes, representing police and fire departments from 80 countries worldwide. The TTD officials won the medals while representing the country in this biannual event.
TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu, Executive Officer J. Syamala Rao, and Additional EO Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary congratulated the officers.
